Parking:

• Outdoor parking space 30 PLN / per day
• Underground garage space 70 PLN / per day (please contact Reception in advance to guarantee availability).

Tourist tax:

• Local tax of 3.46 PLN / 1 person / 1 day, payable on-site at the hotel, applies to stays longer than 1 day.

Room service:

• Room service available daily from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Due to changes in tax regulations effective from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice issued to a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will not be possible.
• At check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card must be presented.
• Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

• To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts - including the Act of May 13, 2016, on Counteracting Sexual Crime Threats and Protecting Minors, travelers with children are requested to present the child's identity documents at check-in.

  Accepted documents include, among others: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status act or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, written or notarized parental consent is required.
