Who is Małgorzata Sułek?
- Involved in the world of wine for over a decade. Responsible for selecting wines for the Kondrat Wina Wybrane offer. Conducts training and tastings, sharing her knowledge and many years of experience. Co-author of the book "Wine Oddities" and creator of the "Wine Mission" project, which organizes wine tourism trips to the most interesting corners of the wine world. Completed WSET 2 and WSET 3 courses with distinction.

Celebrate National Independence Day in a unique way! Our top chefs Andrzej Sawka and Maciej Morański will take you on a culinary journey that combines the flavors of Poland and Italy - countries whose histories have intertwined for centuries.
Tasting menu:
- Goose rillette on focaccia
- Barley soup with arancini
- Halibut with sage and zucchini
- Risotto with goose ragout
- Wild boar with romanesco
- Dessert
For each dish, sommelier Małgorzata Sułek will select the perfect wine from Poland or Italy.
