Important information

Due to changes in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice addressed to a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing the credit card number for charge. Without such information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
At check-in, it is required to show a valid photo ID and a credit card.
Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crimes and protection of minors, we kindly ask guests traveling with children to present the child's identity documents during check-in.
